Our story

Born from heritage, inspired by family.

Coffee began in Ethiopia, and so did our story.

Our founder, Lilly, grew up in Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, surrounded by the rich traditions of its coffee culture.

From the landscapes of Orkney to the heart of Dubai, our woman-led family business celebrates the flavours of 100% Ethiopian coffee. We named it after our two children, Thorfinn and Freya.

As a mother and entrepreneur, Lilly hopes to inspire women everywhere to follow their dreams.
